Holiday Experiences
Seasonal Design by Kennedy Design House
Celebrate the season.
Leave the beautiful details to us.
Bespoke holiday decorating and seasonal styling for homes, hospitality spaces, and places worth gathering. We create thoughtfully layered, beautifully personal environments that capture the magic of the season. Without the stress of bringing it all together.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
The most beautiful traditions
are the ones we feel.
There’s something extraordinary about a space transformed for the season. The warm glow of candlelight, the familiar beauty of cherished traditions, and the little details that make everyone feel welcomed.
We believe seasonal decorating should be more than beautiful. It should feel personal, tell a story, and make room for the moments that matter the most.
From timeless holiday traditions to unexpected seasonal celebrations, we bring a thoughtful, collected approach to every experience. Creating spaces that feel both magical and unmistakably yours.
WHO THIS IS FOR
For those who want to
enjoy the season,
not spend it preparing.
Holiday Experiences is designed for homeowners, short term rental owners, boutique hospitality properties, and businesses who want to celebrate beautifully without the overwhelm.
Whether you’re envisioning an elegantly dressed Christmas tree, an inviting autumn retreat, a fresh springtime transformation, or an entire property immersed in the spirit of the season, we create spaces that feel thoughtful, welcoming, and wonderfully personal.
We handle the creative details, so you can be fully present for the moments that make the season special.

WORKING WITH US
All the magic.
None of the overwhelm.
We believe the holidays should be spent making memories, not managing endless to-do lists.
Our approach is collaborative, creative, and refreshingly personal. We take the time to understand what makes the season meaningful to you, then bring those details together with thoughtful design and an eye for the unexpected.
The result is a space that feels beautifully prepared, warmly welcoming, and ready to be enjoyed.
A NOTE FROM OUR STUDIO
“The magic of the holidays isn’t found in how much we decorate. It’s found in the way a space brings people together, makes them feel welcome, and becomes part of the memories they carry with them.”
