Every wedding weekend is unique, but may include a welcome dinner, rehearsal dinner, wedding day, post-wedding brunch, and any additional gatherings you envision. We design each event with a consistent look and feel, thoughtful flow, and a guest experience that feels elevated yet effortless.

We begin with the story of the entire weekend. How you want it to feel, how each gathering should connect, and what you want your guests to carry home with them. From welcome events through the final farewell, we create a cohesive vision that ties every celebration together while allowing each moment to have its own personality.

We manage the moving parts across the full weekend, from sourcing and coordinating vendors to reviewing proposals, contracts, schedules, and responsibilities. Our role is to keep every team aligned, every decision moving forward, and every event working as part of one thoughtfully planned experience.

From accommodations and transportation to welcome touches and farewell moments, the guest experience is considered from the beginning to end.

We guide the aesthetic direction for welcome gatherings, rehearsal dinners, wedding-day spaces, farewell events, tablescapes, florals, rentals, linens, signage, stationery, lighting, and layered details. Multi-day celebrations require thoughtful orchestration. We create comprehensive schedules for each event, coordinate vendor arrival and setup windows, manage transportation and transitions, plan event flow, and develop contingency plans so the weekend unfolds with ease.

Our team is present throughout the contracted wedding weekend to lead vendors, oversee setup, manage timing, coordinate transitions, troubleshoot quietly, and ensure each event unfolds according to plan. You and your family are free to be present while we manage what is happening behind the scenes.

We oversee installation and styling for the events included in your scope, ensuring décor, personal details, signage, tabletop elements, and guest-facing moments are placed with intention. We also coordinate the organized breakdown and collection of personal décor so each event can end without you having to manage the aftermath.
The Wedding Weekend is tailored to the number and type of gatherings you are hosting. Your final scope will reflect the events, locations, guest experience, and level of production involved.

The wedding Weekend is offered at a flat planning and design fee of $12,500.
Travel, accommodations, specialty staffing, rentals, production costs, and other third-party expenses are quoted separately when applicable.
